Perk Tunes Return Policy

Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories, and you'll need proof of purchase.

To start a return, email contact@theperktunes.com first — unauthorized returns (sent without contacting us) won't be accepted. Once approved, we'll send a return label and instructions.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production/shipping hasn't started. After that, you can still return the item once it arrives.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take longer to post it). No refund after 15 business days post-approval? Email us.

Damages & Issues: Inspect your order on arrival. If it's defective, damaged, or wrong, email us photos right away so we can fix it.

Exchanges: We don't offer direct exchanges — return the item, then place a new order once approved.

EU Customers: You have a 14-day right to cancel or return for any reason. Same conditions apply: unused, original packaging, proof of purchase.
